Living relatively close to the area I was really surprised I had never heard of Whatley Manor until I went there. Just round the corner from Westonbirt Arboretum too, a place I've visited a lot, Whatley Manor is nestled in a beautiful part of the world and was the perfect setting for Shannon & Dan's very intimate wedding. They do an incredible club sandwich too, probably the best sandwich I've ever had, but that's not related to the wedding at all.
